Pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(2) Litigation- Quality Gerontological Services Inc. vs City of Central Falls for alleged wrongful Tax sale on 8/17/2006
Motion to recess to Executive Session was made by Councilman Benson and seconded by Councilman Patino and Councilman Gil.
All Agreed. So Voted. Time 4:32 p.m. Returned at 4:45 p.m.
Motion to seal the minutes of the executive session was made by Councilman Benson and seconded by Councilman Patino. All Agreed. So Voted.
