2. Minutes
August 28, 2006
Motion to accept was made by Councilman Patino and seconded by Councilman Gil and Benson. All Agreed. So Voted.
3. Claims For Damages under $2500.00
A. JEREMY MACHADO FOR ALLEGED DAMAGES TO HIS VEHICLE WHILE PARKED BY A POLICE OFFICER. ON 7/12/06 DURING A DISPUTE.
Motion to pay $97.06 for this claims was made by Councilman Patino and seconded by Councilman Benson. All Agreed. So Voted.
4. Claims For Damages over $2500.00 to be referred to The Trust
A. Corinne Allard for alleged bodily injuries that occurred on a slip and fall on the sidewalk on Illinois St. on 10/30/2006.
B. Quality Gerontological Services Inc. for alleged wrongful Tax sale on 8/17/2006.
Motion to refer to the Trust was made by Councilman Benson and seconded by Councilman Gil. All Agreed. So Voted.
