A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
1. Roll Call

All Present.
Councilman Silva Chaired.
2. Claims For Damages over $2500 – to be referred to Interlocal.
A. Norma Houde of Attleboro, MA on 7/5/2006 allegedly as a passenger in a vehicle, had a collision with Robert Girourard of the Housing Authority while in Pawtucket.
B. Rolando Cante for alleged wrongful arrest by the Police Department.
Motion to refer these two items to the Trust was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Patino. All agreed. So voted.
3. Executive Session
a. William J. Deleaney- Receiver for Northern RI Industry Council-Pending Litigation pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a) 2. Action taken
b. Casa de Oracion Getsemani,Inc. Possible Litigation pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a) 2. Action taken
c. Wilson etals vs. City of Central Falls pursuant to Litigation pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5(a) 2. Action taken
Motion to go into Executive Session was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Silva.
All agreed. Recessed to Executive Session at 6:05pm.
The Claim Committee re-convened at 6:20pm.
Motion to seal the minutes of the Executive session was made by Councilman Patino and seconded by Councilman Silva. All agreed. So voted.
Motion to approve the Claim of Casa de Oracion Getsemani,Inc. was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Benson in the amount of $4,378.00. All Agreed. So voted.
4. New Business- Discussion of the resolution that was now referred to Claims Committee for addition payment of the Council for completion of the 2005 Audit.

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Patino and seconded by Councilman Silva. All agreed.So voted.Time 7:23pm
