6. Claims For Damages under $2500.00 Not filed with Trust
A. Harold R. Smith, d/b/a Wescott Development for alleged non-utilization and conflicting opinions of applicable zoning decisions $ 3,360.00.
Motion to table and forward made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Patino. All Agreed. So Voted.
B. Summit Insurance as subrogation suit for Kenneth Raymond for alleged damages as a result of a collision with the Senior van on Cowden St. 1/28/2004. $1408.99.
Motion to table made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Weber. All Agreed. So Voted.
C. Emila Costa for alleged damages as a result of a plow accident with the Highway Department on 12/9/2003.
Motion to …… made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Patino. All Agreed. So Voted.
D. Luis Lozano alleged damages to his property located at 419 Hunt St. by the Fire Truck, due to icy conditions on 1/18/2004.
He commented on the estimates.
Motion to approve Celso’s estimate of $1000.00 made by Councilman Weber and seconded by Councilman Leger.

A. Thomas Wilson Chief of Police complaint of Charter violations in relation to alleged dismissal.
Motion to refer to the Trust made by Councilman Weber and seconded by Councilman Benson. All Agreed. So Voted.
B. Thomas Wilson Chief of Police complaint of Thomas Shannahan, Donald P. Twohig, and Donald D. Twohig due to alleged lack of political activity.
Motion to refer to the Trust made by Councilman Weber and seconded by Councilman Benson. All Agreed. So Voted.
