A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 8:31 p.m.
All members were present and Chairman Noury presided.
MARCH 4, 2002.
Motion to place on file was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Issa. All Agreed. So Voted.
RENEE CARBARY & MICHELLE L BOUDREAU DUE TO ALLEGED FALSE ARREST DUE TO AN ALLEGED MIX UP AT REGISTRY OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
OLGA MARIN DUE TO ALLEGED PERSONAL INJURIES SHE SUSTAINED DUE TO A DEFECT ON CHESTNUT ST ON JAN 28,2002.
JOHANNA ECHEVARRIA FOR INJURIES ALLEGEDLY SUSTAINED.
Motion to refer collectively to the Trust was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Issa. All Agreed. So Voted.
WILLIAM J. DELANEY, PERMANET RECEIVER OF THE NORTHERN RI PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL INC. FOR ALLEGED VIOLATION OF CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OVER SUMMER EMPLOYMENT.
Matthew Oliverio, Assistant Solicitor explained the claim and the actions taken by the other Communities.
Motion to deny the Claim was made by Councilman Weber and seconded by Councilman Leger. All Agreed. So Voted.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Leger. All Agreed. So Voted.
