At the rise of the City Council Meeting
A meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 9:15 p.m.
All members of the Committee were present and Councilman Noury chaired the meeting.

Marie Twohey, Deputy City Clerk to Casa De Oracion Getsemani notice of meeting.
Motion to accept and place on file was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Issa. All Agreed. So Voted.
Rhoda Benson for alleged negligence for not protecting her child after an assault with another child.
Assistant Solicitor Oliverio stated that the Committee take no action relative to this issue since this is not in the City's jurisdiction. This petition was submitted to the School Department.
Raymond Ventura of 18 Hendricks St, for alleged damages to their basement as a result of a sewer back up.
Mr. Oliverio stated that this has been denied by the Interlocal.
Motion to deny was made by Councilman Leger and seconded by Councilman Issa. All Agreed. So Voted.
Casa deOracion Getsemani for return of taxes assessed on the church's rental property located at 14 Chapel St. for the amount of $8,608.82.
Rev. Norgueas was present to answer questions.
Matthew Oliverio commented.
Council Members questioned Rev. Norgueas.
Motion to return the money paid by Casa Getsemani, after the Finance Office confirms the amount was made by Councilman Patino and seconded by Councilman Leger.
