Chairwoman Moreau presided.
Motion was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Brousseau to accept collectively and place on file the minutes to the previous meetings. All Agreed. So Voted.

Motion to adjourn to Executive Session was made by Councilman Laroche and seconded by Councilman Charbonneau. All Agreed. So Voted.

Meeting was reconvened at 7:58 p.m.
Motion was made by Councilman Brousseau and seconded by Councilman Charbonneau to authorize the City Solicitor, George Muksian to settle Claim of Gerald A. Charette.
