Councilman Charbonneau commented on the time of this meeting.

Motion to adjourn to Executive Session was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil. All Agreed.
So Voted. Time 6:45 P.M.
Reconvened at 7:10 P.M.
City Solicitor Muksian commented.
Motion was made by Councilman Brousseau and seconded by Councilman Charbonneau to settle claim regarding Roland Bessette and pay by Aug. 1, 1991 $4,000.00 for this settlement. All Agreed. So Voted.
Edna Poulin commented on William Benson claim.
Motion was made by Councilman Brousseau and seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil to pay $2,002.38 as awarded by the Federal Investigation regarding the Animal Control Officer, William Benson on his wage and hour complaint. All Agreed. So Voted.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Brousseau. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 7:18 P.M.
