CLAIMS COMMITTEE MEETING

A Meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 7:45 P.M.
Councilman Charbonneau
Councilman Laroche
Councilman Sienkiewicz
Councilman Vaudreuil
Quorum present.
Vice Chairman John S. Sienkiewicz presided.
Recommendation to settle pending suit of Daniel J. Dourant.
Motion to adjourn to Executive Session was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Laroche. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 7:53 P.M.
Meeting Reconvened at 7:55 P.M.
The committee agreed to accept the settlement of the pending suit in the amount of $2,000 which represents $1,000 in legal fees and $1,00 in settlement with no judgement to be entered.
Motion to accept settlement was made by Councilman Laroche and seconded by Councilman Charbonneau. All Agreed. So Voted.
