CLAIMS COMMITTEE MEETING

MONDAY, MARCH 12, 1990

A Claims Committee meeting was held, on the above date, in the City Hall Council Chambers at 8:00 P.M.

Roll Call

present            

                        Councilman Charbonneau

                        Councilman Laroche

                        Councilwoman Moreau

                        Councilman Sienkiewicz

                        Councilman Vaudreuil

Quorum present.

Committee Chairwoman Sandra Moreau presided.

Motion was made by Councilman Sienkiewicz and seconded by Councilman Charbonneau to accept and place on file the minutes to the previous meeting.  All Agreed.  So Voted.

CLAIMS RULES & PROCEDURES

See attached.

Motion to adopt was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Sienkiewicz.  All Agreed.  So Voted.

Chairwoman Moreau set the next meeting date as April 9, 1990.

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Sienkiewicz and seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil and Councilman Charbonneau.  All Agreed.  So Voted.
