CLAIMS COMMITTEE MEETING

MONDAY, JUNE 11, 1990

A Regular Meeting of the Central Falls Claims Committee was held on the above date in the Central Falls High School Auditorium at 8:10 P.M.

Roll Call

present            

                        Councilman Charbonneau

                        Councilman Laroche

                        Councilwoman Moreau

                        Councilman Vaudreuil

Quorum present.

Councilman Sienkiewicz absent due to hospitalization.

Chairperson Sandra Moreau presided.

Motion was made by Councilman Laroche and seconded by Councilman Charbonneau to accept and place on file the minutes to the previous meeting.  All Agreed.

So Voted.

RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation to settle pending claim Scott DeSanto.

Motion to recess to Executive Session was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil.  All Agreed.  So Voted.

The Claim was discussed by the Council.

Meeting reconvened at 8:13 P.M.

Motion was made by Councilman Charbonneau to pay the lowest estimate on this Claim.  Motion seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil.  All Agreed.  So Voted.

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Charbonneau and seconded by Councilman Vaudreuil.  All Agreed.  So Voted.  Time 8:14 P.M.
