AGENDA
A. Discussion and possible vote on findings and recommendations for Application #PZB-2025-03UDR:
The City of Central Falls, of 580 Broad Street, Central Falls, RI, owner and applicant of the subject property located at 24 Summer Street (AP 5, Lot 123), is seeking Master Plan approval under a Major Land Development review to demolish the existing three-story, approximately 53,000 sq. foot high school building and construct a new three-story, 67,195 sq. foot Dual Language PK–8 school. An ordinance amendment to allow school use in the R-3 residential district will be required to accompany this application and is in process.
Pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws § 42-46-4, the Committee reserves the right to convene in executive session on any of the aforementioned items for one or more of the purposes listed in Rhode Island General Laws § 42-46-5(1)-(10).
